Tze Yong returns to play against India

BANGKOK: Youngster Ng Tze Yong will take on K Srikanth in Malaysia's quarter-final clash against India in the Thomas Cup Finals at the Impact Arena at 8pm today (May 12).

Tze Yong, who lost to Srikanth in the recent Asian Championships in Manila recently, is the only new addition to the team as Malaysia have retained all the players who played in their 3-2 win against Japan on Wednesday.

Liew Daren has been rested.

Lee Zii Jia will play Lakshya Sen while Leong Jun Hao has been slated to meet H.S. Prannoy.

Goh Sze Fei-Nur Izzuddin Rumsani have been given the trust to play against world No. 10 Satwiksairaj Rankireddy-Chirag Shetty as the first doubles while Aaron Chia-Teo Ee Yi face Krishna Prasad-Goud Panjala in the second.
