Daren: Competition wide open after several upsets

PETALING JAYA: Liew Daren believes the Asian Championships men’s singles title could be anyone’s to win now after two stunning upsets in the first round in Manila yesterday.

Top seeded Japanese Kento Momota and All-England finalist Lakshya Sen of India were shockingly sent packing from the competition, leaving the door wide open for others to vie for the title.
