PETALING JAYA: Lai Pei Jing is excited about reaching her first final in three years but she knows her game is not there yet.

Partnering Tan Kian Meng in the mixed doubles, they received a scare when they had to save two match points from 18-20 down in the second game against Indonesia’s world No. 23 Rinov Rivaldy-Pitha Haningtyas to come through 21-13, 22-20 in 46 minutes in the Korean Open yesterday.
