PETALING JAYA: Tan Zhing Yi is ready to defy a hip sprain in a bid to re-establish herself as the national top girls’ singles shuttler.

The 18-year-old will take on Siti Nurshuhaini Azman to determine the Division One champion in the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) junior internal ranking meet at the Academy Badminton Malaysia (ABM) today.
