PETALING JAYA: Newly-crowned Thailand Masters men’s doubles champions Teo Ee Yi-Ong Yew Sin will remain in the squad for the Asia Team Championships, despite the grouses of the higher-ranked Tan Wee Kiong-Goh V Shem pair.
Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) coaching director Wong Choong Hann said there would be no changes in the line-up and the world No. 12 pair of Wee Kiong-V Shem would get plenty of opportunities to compete in other Open tournaments as they chase for Olympic qualifying points.
