WITHIN a week, despair has turned into joy for men’s doubles independent shuttlers Teo Ee Yi-Ong Yew Sin as they have found a new sponsor.

The world No. 19 were shockingly dropped from the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) last week despite being the third ranked pair in the country but instead of wallowing in self pity, they put up a strong performance at the ongoing Malaysian Masters by reaching the quarter-finals on Friday.
