KUALA LUMPUR: Man Wei Chong and Pearly Tan Koong Le pulled off the biggest upset of the Perodua Malaysian Masters on Wednesday (Jan 8) when they stunned world No. 5 Praveen Jordan-Melati Daeva Oktavianti of Indonesia in the first round.
Wei Chong-Pearly, the world No. 89, whipped SEA Games champions Praveen-Melati 21-18,21-13 in just 27 minutes at the Axiata Arena in Bukit Jalil.
