KUALA LUMPUR: Can the national shuttlers, shaken by reshuffle in their ranks, rise to the occasion and get off to a flying start in the Perodua Malaysian Masters this week?Last Friday, the national team’s morale took a hit when seven shuttlers were axed with several coaches also looking likely to lose their jobs.

Among those who were dropped but will still see action at the Axiata Arena are the world No. 19 men’s doubles pair Teo Ee Yi-Ong Yew Sin and men’s singles world No. 60 Soong Joo Ven.
