KUALA LUMPUR: National women’s doubles shuttler Vivian Hoo is in the national team for one reason – to fast track the progress of younger players. There have been no immediate results though but she is still pressing on.
The 29-year-old, who has been playing with youngster Yap Cheng Wen for more than year, managed only two bronze medals in the individual and team events at the recent SEA Games at the Philippines.
