PETALING JAYA: Malaysia have paid a heavy price for their dismal showing in the mixed team event of the World Junior Championships in Kazan, Russia.
The team’s failure to finish inside the top eight for the first time in history hurt not only the nation’s pride, but it has also resulted in them losing five quotas in the individual competitions for next year’s edition in Auckland, New Zealand.
