PETALING JAYA: National men’s singles shuttler Cheam June Wei has an opportunity to set up a clash against home favourite and world No. 2 Chou Tien-chen in the quarter-finals of the Taiwan Open.
The 22-year-old June Wei stepped into the second round after dismissing Indonesia’s Ihsan Mustofa 21-19,21-15 in the first round at the Taipei Arena yesterday.
