PETALING JAYA: National mixed doubles pair Tan Kian Meng-Lai Pei Jing overcame fatigue to make their back-to-back semi-final appearance within a week in the Singapore Open.

The world No. 26, who reached the Malaysian Open semis last week, fought gallantly to beat Indonesia’s Ricky Karandasuwardi-Pia Zebadiah Bernadet 22-20, 14-21, 21-18 in 66 minutes.
