Lin Dan clinches Malaysian Open crown, ends two-year title drought


KUALA LUMPUR: China badminton legend Lin Dan finally ended his two-year drought without a major title by picking up the Malaysian Open title in front of a boisterous crowd at the Axiata Arena in Bukit Jalil Sunday (April 7).

The two-time Olympic winner and five-time world champion had to come back from a game down to defeat Chen Long 9-21, 21-17, 21-11 in the men's singles final.
