PUTRAJAYA: There was no clear winner as to which state produced the best badminton talent as Selangor, Johor and Sabah were tied on three titles each in Division One of the 100PLUS National Junior Circuit finals, which ended in Penang yesterday.
But what came as a surprise is Penang, which is known for producing badminton stars at the national and international levels, could only produce one winner in the Under-12 girls’ doubles event.
