PETALING JAYA: Newcomers Bandar Maharani BC need a miracle to finish in the top six to progress to the second stage of the SS Purple League (SSPL).

The Muar-based team’s winless run continued when they suffered two more defeats in less than 24 hours – first going down 7-9 to Serdang BC on Saturday and 4-15 to Ampang Jaya BC at the Gem In Mall in Cyberjaya yesterday.
