Looking good: Goh V Shem (back) and Tan Wee Kiong beat China

PETALING JAYA: Men’s doubles pair Goh V Shem-Tan Wee Kiong produced one of their best displays in recent months to earn a quick revenge over China’s Liu Cheng-Zhang Nan in the first round of the Hong Kong Open.

The world No. 13 battled for 59 minutes to pull off an 11-21, 21-18, 21-15 victory over the last year’s world champions, who had beaten the Malaysians in the second round of the Fuzhou China Open last week.
