ODENSE: Kento Momota of Japan moved closer to scoring another first in his already impressive badminton season this year.

The world No. 1 and world champion Momota reached his first final at the Danisa Denmark Open by crushing defending champion K. Srikanth of India 21-16, 21-12 in a 42-minute semi-final match at the Odense Sports Centre.
