PETALING JAYA: The girls’ doubles title continues to elude Malaysia in the Asian Junior individual championships.

Pearly Tan Koong Le-Toh Ee Wei fell short in their bid to become the nation’s first Asian girls’ doubles champion after they were beaten 12-21, 16-21 by home pair Febriana Dwipuji Kusuma-Ribka Sugiarto in Jakarta yesterday.
