KUALA LUMPUR: The Perodua Malaysian Masters lost two of its biggest names following the shocking first round exits of reigning Olympic gold medallist Chen Long and South Korea's Son Wan-ho.
World No. 4 Chen Long, competing in his first tournament since the Hong Kong Open last November, was a shade of himself as he fell to a 17-21, 15-21 defeat to Indonesian youngster Anthony Ginting at the Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil on Wednesday.
