Peng Soon-Yee See, playing in only their sixth international tournament since being paired up in June, dumped top seeds and world No. 31 Tseng Min-hao-Hu Ling-fang of Taiwan 21-12, 21-15 in the mixed doubles quarter-finals yesterday.
