PETALING JAYA: Leong Jun Hao (pic) has raised hopes of Malaysia ending a four-year wait for the boys’ singles title at the Asian Junior Championships.

Yesterday, the 18-year-old bounced back from an opening game loss to beat Gu Junfeng of China 15-21, 21-16, 21-13 in 65 minutes to reach the semi-finals in Jakarta.
