PETALING JAYA: Two doubles pairs from Malaysia put up a roaring performance to check into the quarter-finals of the Singapore Open.

That has allowed the men’s doubles pair of Goh V Shem-Tan Wee Kiong and mixed doubles combination of Tan Kian Meng-Lai Pei Jing to make amends for their first-round exits in the Malaysian Open in Kuching a week ago.
