KUALA LUMPUR: Goh V Shem-Tan Wee Kiong said a wrong approach put paid to their chances at the All-England badminton championships.

The world No. 16 were overly defensive as they crashed to 13-21, 18-21 to world No. 7 Hiroyuki Endo-Kenichi Hayakawa of Japan in the semi-finals on Saturday.
