KUALA LUMPUR: Former world junior champions Chooi Kah Ming-Ow Yao Han have a good chance to make a name for themselves in front of their home fans.

The unseeded Kah Ming-Yao Han defeated compatriots Shen Low Juan-Ong Yew Sun 21-17, 21-17 to reach the men’s doubles semi-finals of the Maybank Malaysia International Challenge at the KBA Badminton Hall in Alor Setar on Friday.
