ODENSE (Denmark): National No. 1 pair Goh V Shem-Tan Wee Kiong are taking fellow Malaysians Koo Kien Keat-Tan Boon Heong’s steady rise as a challenge.

On Sunday, independent shuttlers Kien Keat-Boon Heong beat India’s Manu Attri-B.Sumeeth Reddy 21-15, 21-10 in the men’s doubles to lift the Dutch Open title in Almere. It was their third international title since renewing their partnership in May. Earlier, the 2007 All-England champion won the International Challenge in Sri Lanka and Russia.
