KUALA LUMPUR: Cheam June Wei, Malaysia’s No. 1 boys’ singles shuttler, continued to show his prowess in the mixed doubles.
On Saturday, the 18-year-old June Wei combined with Kelly Wong to give Nusajaya BC a point by beating Ch’ng Choo Han-Erica Hoh Ji Ling of Puchong United BC 11-4, 11-5, 11-7 in the Junior Purple League (JPL) at the Apacs Badminton Centre in Muar.
