KUALA LUMPUR: Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin has given his full backing for Lee Chong Wei to compete in the World Championships in Jakarta from Aug 10-16.

But he’s against the idea of Chong Wei representing Malaysia at the expense of already-qualified world No. 31 Chong Wei Feng and No. 41 Zulfadli Zulkiffli.
