PETALING JAYA: A poor rubber game put paid to national No. 2 women’s doubles pair Amelia Alicia Anscelly-Soong Fie Cho’s hopes of qualifying for their second final appearance at the Swiss Open.

World No. 25 Amelia-Fie Cho, who bagged the India Open GP Gold in January, made too many errors as they went down 15-21, 23-21, 6-21 to Dutch world No. 11 Eefje Muskens-Selena Piek in the quarter-finals in Basel on Friday.
