KUALA LUMPUR: Up-and-coming shuttlers Tan Wee Kiong-Goh V Shem want to raise the bar for Malaysia after they were feted as the male Olympian of the Year.

Malaysian squash queen Nicol David clinched the female Olympian of the Year title, making it her third success after 1998 and 2010.
