Chong Wei has easy draw in Japan Open

The Japan Open will be Lee Chong Wei's first real test as he guns for his fourth title – after his victories in 2007, 2010 and 2012.

PETALING JAYA: World No. 1 Lee Chong Wei, competing in his first tournament proper since losing in the final of the World Championships last month, should have no problem defending his Japan Open title when he takes to the court on Wednesday.

Chong Wei came close to winning Malaysia’s first world title in badminton in Guangzhou last month.
