PETALING JAYA: Hammer thrower Jackie Wong (pic) is going through a rough patch but it is not stopping his desire to continue to represent the country.

The Sarawak-born Jackie has been without a coach for more than a year but despite this, he has already managed to secure a place in the Thailand SEA Games on merit after successfully hurling 62.04m in South Korea last year.
