PETALING JAYA: National para athlete Nazmi Nasri will be heading to the Paris Paralympics with loads of confidence after a stellar performance in his debut Para World Championships in Kobe, Japan.

Nazmi clinched the gold medal in the men’s long jump T37 (celebral palsy) final with a distance of 6.13m which also saw him qualify for the Paralympics from Aug 28-Sept 8.
