PETALING JAYA: Embarking on a professional journey as an athlete is challenging and the difficulties are heightened for individuals with disabilities.
IOC young leader 2021-2024 Tania Lee (pic) knew this well and this awareness has motivated her to organise the inaugural edition of iLEAP (Inclusive Leadership Programme) Physical Workshop, with the objective of helping young athletes – disabled or non-disabled – to become great leaders in the future regardless of their background, gender and abilities.
