Zaidatul looks up to Shanti for inspiration to reach 100m final


PETALING JAYA: Zaidatul Husniah Zulkifli will be looking at Singapore’s sprint star Shanti Pereira for inspiration to reach the women’s 100m final at the Asian Games.

Zaidatul has raced with Shanti in the past but the Singaporean has made great strides in the past one year and will arrive in Hangzhou, China as the favourite to sweep both the 100m and 200m gold medals when the Games begin on Sept 23.
