BENEDICT Ian Gawok only had two weeks of training under former national hurdler Rayzam Shah Wan Sofian but the impact was there to be seen.

The Sabahan won the 110m hurdles gold with a time of 14.40s in the Malaysia Games (Sukma) at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil yesterday.
