SEA Games: Irfan retains discus throw gold for the fifth time

HANOI: Malaysia have won its 21st gold medal in the Vietnam SEA Games after Irfan Shamsuddin won the discus throw gold medal at the MyDinh Stadium here on Tuesday (May 17).

He won the gold by throwing a distance of 58.26m. Irfan has now retained the discus throw gold medal for the fifth time.

Thailand’s Kiapradip Srisai won silver while the Philippines' William Morrison III took bronze.
