SAPPORO, Japan (Reuters) - Italy's Massimo Stano won the Olympic men's 20km race walk in Sapporo on Thursday.

Japan's Koki Ikeda took the silver medal and Toshikazu Yamanishi, also from Japan, claimed the bronze.
