KUALA LUMPUR: Youngster Mohd Irfan Izzan Fetry is tipped to become the next rising athletic star in hurdles.

The 17-year-old Perakian was in smashing form as he clocked a personal best of 13.60 to win the boys’ 110m hurdles in the third edition of the Asian Youth Athletics Champion­ships at the Tseung Kwan O Sports Ground in Hong Kong yesterday.
