KUALA LUMPUR: National 110m hurdler Rayzam Shah Wan Sofian (pic) is slowly but surely regaining his rhythm for the Asian Games in Jakarta in August.

The Sabahan, who went to Europe for six weeks of training-cum-competitions last month, clocked a season best of 13.86 to win bronze in the Zeulenroda International meet in Germany on Saturday.
