High jump: Navraj gets perfect SEA Games warm-up

KUALA LUMPUR: High jumper Navraj Singh Randhawa, who will be making his debut in next month’s Myanmar SEA Games, cleared 2.11m to win the gold medal in the Malaysian Education Institutions Games (Sipma) in Kuantan on Tuesday.

Navraj’s efforts, however, was way off his personal best of 2.20m, which he recorded at the Malaysian Open at Universiti Malaya last month to qualify for the Games.
