Archers bang on target in Taiwan


KUALA LUMPUR: The national archery squad pulled off a spectacular feat by winning the team gold in the Asia Cup Level 1 championships in Taoyuan, Taiwan.

The team comprising Mohd Juwaidi Marzuki (pic), Mohd Syafiq Md Ariffin and Mohd Alang Ariff defeated India 226-225 in the final of the men’s Compound event yesterday.
