Lower broadband rates in two months

PUTRAJAYA: Malaysian telecommunications companies have agreed to lower broadband Internet rates, following discussions with the Government.

Good news for Internet users

Broadband prices are coming down by at least 6% and possibly more, which will help cushion the effects of the GST on Internet users and encourage more to use the service. Telecommunications companies have also promised to give customers extra talktime with every purchase of a prepaid card which costs more now.
