Dr Wee said he presented the Bill to amend the RTA to the Cabinet on July 17, adding that the first reading was presented in the Dewan Rakyat on July 27. On Aug 26, the Bill was passed in the Dewan Rakyat, and on Sept 22, it was passed by the Dewan Negara.
