The Choir Man and The Choir of Hard Knocks bring people together through music

Australian award-winning choral director Dr Jonathon Welch formed a choir of homeless people and made it famous.

Welch says he prefers to use his hands instead of a baton when conducting a choir, as his hands are his tools to create music.
