TWO locals were arrested outside a vaccination centre (PPV) at the Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah (UniSHAMS) international Islamic University, reported Kosmo!Kedah police chief Comm Datuk Kamarul Zaman Mamat said the incident took place at around 11.45am on Tuesday when the stepbrothers, aged 19 and 27, allegedly provoked members of the public who were there for their vaccination.
