Pulau Cassia township Penang’s 3rd cyber city

THE third and the largest township in Penang, Bandar Baru Pulau Cassia, is in the process of being created in southern Seberang Prai. Bandar Baru Pulau Cassia, to be developed over a period of 15 to 20 years, will be the third township in Penang after Bayan Baru and Seberang Jaya, both of which were initiated in the 1970s.
