"The items listed are adequate but we hope that they will be given more frequently, perhaps once a week. People also need fresh ingredients like vegetables, fish and chicken to make their meals, so perhaps these items could be considered. I also hope that the level of bureaucracy will be reduced to make it easier for the aid recipients.
