Beauty of the forest

Thai-born artist Lalita Rochanakorn loves to paint flowers i>in situ/ideep in the jungle to capture the shimmer of natural lighting and right shades of colour. Her paintings of orchids are so detailed, delicate and life-like that the beauty she sees in the blooms are immortalised. Her labour of love is part of a plant conservation project by Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok.
