Khazanah, Petronas waived from buying rest of Proton shares
KHAZANAH Nasional Bhd and Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) have been granted a waiver by the Securities Commission from having to extend an offer to acquire the remaining shares of Proton Holdings Bhd they do not own, following a reorganisation of Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Bhd (Proton).
