KUALA LUMPUR: Former Inix Technologies Holdings Bhd chief executive officer Jimmy Tok Soon Guan was charged with five counts of authorising the furnishing of a false statement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd and providing false information to Bursa Malaysia. He was fined RM1.1mil by a sessions court here.
